  1. Can I use an insect fogger in applying this botanigard to my coffee trees , and can it be done during a sunny day ?

  2. Is this chart describing a single application of beauveriana? Or multiple applications over a coffee season?

  3. Howard, this chart describes a SINGLE application, which should be done every 3-4 weeks, from 3 months after flowering to the end of harvest.

Greg, try to apply in the late afternoon on sunny days. UV damages the spores quickly. Best to have a few overcast and/or rainy days in a row.

A little hand fogger or hand pump sprayer will really increase your work and also makes the application less effective. A motorized backpack (or ATV mounted) blower will distribute the spores finer, further, higher, into more crevices, all around the beans, and under the leaves as well. It will be faster and easier and therefore you won’t dread to do it next month all over again.
