Hi and I hope you can help. I only purchase your products since it is the best on the market because of the quality and taste. My family always rave about it and we definitely enjoy it over than other brands. We drink a lot of coffee and there is never an empty pot. Unfortunately, the last ( your coffee farm name here) was not the same. The item had a very strange flavor and tasted burnt. It was definitely not the look or taste that I am used to in the past Please advise why this has happened and can you issue coupon/product/refund for replacement and inconvenience. I have discarded the product and packaging so I dont have any information to forward to you.
